Daolus Products ships within the United States and anywhere in the world. Daolus Products is not responsible for any additional fees incurred at the time of pickup for international shipments. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included unless another carrier is selected. Shipping charges are a flat rate. Some.of our products are made fresh to order and will ship within 4 business days after receipt of a cleared payment. You will be notified of out of stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed on Holiday Schedule Closing will be processed for fulfillment the following business day.


It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address including apartment or suite numbers where they apply. UPS charges $12.35 (minimum) for an address correction of any kind. As wholesalers our profit margins are too low to absorb these costs. Any charges for address corrections will be passed on to the customer if the address is incorrect in any way.

Common mistakes are wrong zip codes, lack of road directionals, lack of “Street”, “Avenue”, “Terrace” etc after the street name and lack of the apartment/suite/unit numbers associated with the address.

The shopping cart does give you a chance to review your entire order including the address before you check out. Please take that time to ensure your details are correct.
Daolus Products is based in Houston, Texas. During the spring and summer seasons, please make sure you are available to retrieve your order as soon as it is delivered or have your order shipped to a location where someone will be able to pick it up immediately. Orders placed during the Summer, approximately June to September, will be shipped with thermal bubble paper, Monday thru Wednesday only. A handling charge of $1.00 per butter will be added to orders during this time. Items are sensitive to the heat and may melt if left outside. Butters can be whipped again if melting does occur. Melting does not negatively interfere with the properties of the butter. Daolus Products does not replace body butter that has melted.

IF you chose to pay by Money Order, then we must receive your payment within 5 business days to avoid automatic order cancellation. We encourage you to take advantage of our Smaller Products Sizes to satisfy yourself of the high quality of these Products before purchasing larger quantities.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color—these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products, just as one orange is different from another, Because Daolus Products uses the freshest natural ingredients possible to create the products we sell, we do not buy huge lots of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to changes in nature. For example, did you know that grapeseed oil may fluctuate in color depending on the growing conditions, varietal, harvest time, etc.
