Thank you for shopping with Daolu Products and Services, Inc. Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns or refunds. It is the goal of Daolus Products for each customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are considered final. 

We encourage you to take advantage of our Smaller Products Sizes to satisfy yourself of the high quality of these Products before purchasing larger quantities.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, this must take place before your order has shipped. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once an item has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

With AfterPay, QuadPay, and PayPal Credit payment plans, an order can’t be canceled once it has been placed.
